I have interviewed Mr.Shahid and below is my feedback.
Pros:
1) Complete work experience with OpenERP.
2) Good communication skills
Cons:
1) Limited to OpenERP 7.0, lacks knowledge of new API
2) Lacks knowledge of new features in odoo
3) No exp. in overseas
I am in favor of hiring him and train him to work on odoo 9 and 10 with ee.
